About the job
Your duties include welcoming and registering visitors, answering questions from the public and internal colleagues. You handle visitor and access passes, answer phones and emails. You will also be involved in the section's other tasks such as workplace service, handling fault reports, cars, mail, and goods. The job also involves working with our meeting service, where you have contact with suppliers, food handling, supervision of our conference rooms, and assistance with equipment and room bookings.
The section you will belong to is large and contains several different areas of work, primarily within internal service and administration. We work closely together, are non-hierarchical, and support each other.
The Swedish Tax Agency's office in Gothenburg houses approximately 1,000 employees. In this exciting assignment, you will work in a social and business-like environment, where you and your colleagues deliver world-class service to all people you meet and interact with, both externally and internally.
You belong to the office unit within the Administrative Department, based in Gothenburg. Together, we are a total of 13 colleagues.

The employment is permanent and may begin with a six-month probationary period.
The working hours are flexible and planned; evening work may occur on isolated occasions.
An employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security investigation with register check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our security-class tasks, Swedish citizenship is required.
In this job, due to the nature of the tasks, there is no possibility to work from home.
