We are now looking for a finance student for a long-term consulting assignment at Gothenburg Port. Start in mid-September after a successful security clearance.

About the assignment
As a Finance Assistant at Gothenburg Port, you will support the finance department in its daily operations, with a primary focus on customer accounts receivable. You will become an important part of the team and work both operationally and administratively in several system environments.
The assignment is part-time, approximately 10 to 20 hours per week, with the possibility of working more during peak periods. Start takes place in September after a successful security clearance.

Responsibilities
In the role of Finance Student, you will among other things work with:

• Ongoing customer accounts receivable and customer invoicing
• Invoicing in Agresso and industry-specific front-end system
• Handling invoice inquiries, corrections, and discrepancies
• Handling incoming cases via shared email
• Support within supplier accounts payable, including investigation of incomplete invoices
• Reminder management and administration

We are looking for you who

• Studies finance at a university or college
• Has at least two years remaining in your studies and can work long-term
• Has basic knowledge of accounting
• Is comfortable with systems and has good computer skills
• Is fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing
