We are currently looking for a Learning Specialist for an exciting assignment with an international company in Gothenburg. In this role, you will work broadly with learning and development and contribute to creating modern and effective training initiatives that strengthen both individuals and the organization.

This is a full-time consultancy assignment starting immediately and running until February 28, 2027, with good prospects for extension.

About the Role

As a Learning Specialist, you are responsible for driving and developing initiatives within learning & development. The role combines program development, coordination, facilitation, content creation, and administration of learning processes to ensure that employees and leaders have access to relevant and effective development opportunities.

You will work closely with both HR and the business to develop, implement, and improve training interventions and development programs that support business needs and employee growth.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

  • Design, develop, and evaluate various learning initiatives such as onboarding, mandatory training, and talent programs.
  • Drive and contribute to projects related to learning, competency development, and people development.
  • Improve and further develop training offerings based on feedback, business needs, and external best practices.
  • Create structured and accessible learning resources and tools that support development in daily work.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure relevant and engaging training content.
  • Facilitate HR-related training and workshops.
  • Administer and coordinate training activities, programs, and mandatory training.
  • Manage the learning platform and follow up on reporting, statistics, and analyses related to training interventions and program results.

Who We Are Looking For

  • You have excellent communication skills and find it easy to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
  • You are a confident and engaging presenter and facilitator.
  • You have the ability to translate learning needs into practical tools and development solutions.
  • You are analytical and experienced in working with data, follow-up, and reporting.
  • You have good business acumen and can link learning initiatives to business needs.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

  • Approximately 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role within people development.
  • Experience in creating, designing, coordinating, and facilitating training, workshops, and development programs.
  • Experience in developing training materials, tools, and support for employee development.
  • Experience with LMS administration, preferably in Workday Learning.
  • Experience in reporting and following up on training activities and results.
  • Experience in using data and feedback to improve learning initiatives.
  • Experience from a global and/or multicultural environment is an advantage.

We also look for someone who is proactive, structured, and confident in working with senior stakeholders while managing multiple parallel initiatives.
