We are looking for a receptionist to work during the summer with our client in the real estate industry. The position is a part-time consultancy assignment starting in week 27 and running through week 32. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–12:00.

About the role

As a receptionist here, you will become an important part of the operations and the first point of contact for our tenants, suppliers, and visitors. You are responsible for providing professional hospitality while supporting the organization with administrative tasks. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Receiving visitors.
• Answering emails and handling customer inquiries.
• Managing fault reports and service cases.
• Supporting property managers with administrative tasks.
• Handling mail, orders, and bookings.
• Updating registers and documentation in our systems.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with previous experience in service, reception, customer service, or administration. You are communicative and maintain a professional demeanor, while also being structured, detail-oriented, and responsible. We prefer that you have good computer skills and are quick to learn new systems. You must have fluent Swedish in both speech and writing, as well as basic knowledge of English.
