About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager of International Administration to join our team in Gothenburg. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing international operations, coordinating global partnerships, and ensuring compliance across our entities and subsidiaries in India and Africa.

You will also take great responsibility for our Ivory Coast operations, playing a key role in the administration and successful execution of international projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate international projects in India and Africa.
• Responsible for operations in Ivory Coast.
• Coordinate with international partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure successful administration and delivery of all assigned projects.
• Maintain compliance and corporate governance for subsidiaries and entities.
• Support strategic development and international business operations.
• Monitor operational processes and ensure efficient communication between regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Management, or related field.
• Experience in international administration or project management.
• Experience working with African and/or Indian markets is highly meritorious.
• Experience working with Indian and African companies.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple international stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
