In this role, you will become part of the finance function and work to ensure efficient financial processes within accounts receivable, accounting, and financial administration. You will have an important role in daily operations, contributing to high quality, efficient workflows, and excellent service to the business.

You will work within Accounts Payable and handle a broad range of tasks, combining operational financial work with problem-solving and process improvement. The role involves many contact points and opportunities to contribute to the development of processes and working methods.

Your tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Handling and bookkeeping related to accounts receivable
• Customer invoicing and ongoing financial administration
• Account reconciliations and investigation of discrepancies
• Problem-solving related to financial flows and processes
• Escalation of issues and discrepancy management
• Ongoing contact with internal and external parties
• Identifying and suggesting improvements for more efficient handling

In addition to operational work, you will have the opportunity to participate in improvement projects focused on developing, standardizing, digitizing, and streamlining processes and system support.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a degree in economics and at least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or accounts receivable
• Has experience working with financial flows, reconciliations, and administrative processes
• Has a good understanding of accounting and financial connections
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
• Is structured, detail-oriented, and accustomed to working independently
• Has experience with the financial system Agresso and process improvement work

• Communicative and comfortable with many contact points
