Do you want to work with Learning and Development in an international environment where you can contribute to modern and business-oriented training solutions? We are now looking for a Learning Solution Management Specialist for an exciting consulting assignment in Gothenburg.

The assignment starts on October 1, 2026, and runs until March 31, 2027, with good opportunities for extension.

About the role

In this role, you will work broadly with Learning Solutions and competence development. You are responsible for developing, adapting, and implementing training initiatives that support the organization's needs. You will collaborate closely with managers, internal experts, and external partners within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the training portfolio and learning solutions.
• Lead and coordinate projects within training and competence development.
• Identify needs and recommend training initiatives.
• Plan and execute training programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors.
• Ensure modern and effective solutions within Learning and Development.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Learning and Development or training.
• Experience in project management within education or competence development.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
• Experience with LMS or digital learning platforms is a plus.
• Relevant post-secondary education in HR, pedagogy, or a related field.
