Administrative Coordinator within Compliance

Do you want to work in a coordinating role where structure, collaboration, and attention to detail are in focus? We are now looking for an Administrative Coordinator for a longer-term consulting assignment with one of our clients in the Jönköping area.

About the role

This is a consulting assignment of approximately 12 months where you will become an important part of the business by supporting specialist functions within compliance and product-related processes. The role is broad and varied, with a focus on administration, coordination, and follow-up.

You will contribute to ensuring that processes are followed, documentation is up to date, and that important activities are driven forward according to plan. The role suits you if you thrive on creating structure, managing several parallel workflows, and collaborating with different functions within the organization.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer recurring compliance activities related to various projects.
  • Follow up on processes, activities, and schedules, and ensure that necessary information is collected.
  • Handle and administer reporting materials and documentation related to compliance requirements.
  • Compile, structure, and maintain documentation for follow-up, audits, and internal decisions.
  • Support specialist functions by handling administrative tasks and ongoing coordination.
  • Participate in the follow-up of risk management and testing activities.
  • Prepare and administer materials for internal and external audits, as well as follow up on actions.
