What will your role be?

You will become part of our Customer Service team of 9 people, where your main responsibility will be to receive and answer questions via phone and email. By providing every customer with the best possible service, you will become a vital link between the customer and the company! Therefore, it is important that you handle every case carefully and with high quality, preferably with a sense of humor.

Who are you?

We believe you are someone who enjoys helping others and has a strong sense of responsibility! You absorb information quickly, understand the value of good customer service, and are driven by finding solutions to problems.

Previous experience in customer support and/or working with phone and email as tools is considered an advantage. Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing, as well as very good English skills, are required. You are comfortable working with computers and have basic knowledge of the Office suite.

Personal qualities will be given great weight.
