As an HR consultant with us, you will have the opportunity to help shape the workplaces of the future. Your tasks may include everything from recruitment, HR administration, onboarding, and supporting well-being activities. Depending on the nature of the assignment, the following tasks may occur:

• Participate in recruitment processes, including advertising, selection, and interviews.
• Assist with onboarding of new employees and ensure a smooth introduction.
• Support managers.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and routines.
• Handle administrative tasks related to HR, such as contract management and personnel data.
• Support in occupational health and safety issues and labor law questions.
• Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives to improve internal processes.

Requirements

• Relevant education in HR, personnel science, or similar fields.
• Experience in HR-related work.
• Good communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Structured and detail-oriented with strong administrative skills.
• IT skills, including experience working with HR systems and Microsoft Office.
