It is an advantage if you feel comfortable leading and driving meetings forward.

We would like you to have knowledge of MI (Motivational Interviewing), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), 7-tjugo, and the Supported Employment method.

To fit as a colleague with us, we want you to have great respect for each person's differences and individual needs.

We see it as a given that you believe every person can succeed with the right tools and the right support.

You are proactive and curious, while also being calm, having a good ability to listen, and being a team player.

We see that you are accustomed to handling and have experience with documentation.

We value big hearts that look out for people's best interests and believe in change. Do you want to make a real difference for people? Do you also want to have a lot of fun at work? Come to us!
