Your responsibilities
We are looking for a communicator for a central and developmental role in the Science Park Borås innovation environment. The position involves strengthening the communicative dimension in our projects and contributing to the use of communication as a strategic tool throughout project management. Additionally, the role includes important coordinator functions that contribute to creating structure and good conditions for daily operations.
The role involves close collaboration with project managers, the communication team, and external partners, requiring the ability to translate project content, results, and needs into clear, relevant, and target-group-adapted communication. The role includes supporting project managers in planning, coordinating, and implementing communication efforts related to the project's goals, activities, and results. This includes producing, processing, and quality-assuring content for different channels and target groups, coordinating communication activities, gathering input from projects, and ensuring that communication is integrated in a structured and purposeful way into the project work. The role thus contributes to creating visibility, clarity, and impact in both internal and external contexts.
As a communicator, you also work with administrative support such as meeting planning, bookings, documentation, follow-up, and practical coordination, as well as responsibility for hosting and conducting meetings, seminars, study visits, and other activities. The role therefore requires the ability to combine a communicative and strategic approach with service-oriented, careful, and well-organized support in operations.
The employment is placed at the Communications Department with Jennifer Tydén as the direct manager, while the daily work is carried out at Science Park Borås.
Your qualifications

- Experience with social media communication and knowledge of working in common administrative systems and Office programs.
- Knowledge and use of Adobe software as well as editing of film and images.
- Good ability to formulate, process, and adapt communication material for different target groups and in different channels.
Personal suitability is given great weight. You need to have a pronounced service orientation, good judgment, and a professional attitude when interacting with guests, colleagues, and external partners. Good teamwork skills, initiative, flexibility, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing operation are also prerequisites for the position.
Merits:
- Experience in planning, coordinating, and conducting events, seminars, study visits, or other operation-related activities.
- Experience in coordinating and providing administrative support for projects, preferably in operations with several parallel processes and many contact surfaces.
