Do you have experience driving independent HR work and enjoy a service-oriented approach? Then you might be the HR Generalist we are looking for on a fixed-term assignment at Markverkstaden, based in Skövde.

You will join a department with approximately 40 engaged and skilled colleagues who hold various support roles and work closely together with four other HR colleagues. Here, we support leadership at all levels, spread across 25 locations in Sweden.
You will primarily support Skövde and Kristinehamn, but depending on the workload, you may also need to support other departments or locations. This means the role involves travel requirements, with the frequency and extent varying over time.

Main Responsibilities
As an HR Generalist, your main task is to work in close executive support, assisting across the entire HR area with a focus on operational results. You act as the employer's representative and provide operational support to the organization's managers in their daily work, such as recruitment, difficult conversations, and interpreting laws and agreements. This involves close collaboration with managers, where you become their sounding board, coach, and advisor.

Qualifications
- University degree in HR or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of the Office package.
- Class B driver's license.

Merits
- Relevant and current professional experience within the HR field.
- Experience working in industry, for example, manufacturing companies or the automotive industry.
- Experience from HR work in a government agency or public sector.
- Knowledge within the area of the state collective agreement.
- Involvement in operational development.
