As a Strategy and Business Developer, you play a central role in Kungälv Energi's long-term development. You drive the company's strategic process, identify new business opportunities, and lead cross-functional development initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with the CEO, is part of the management group, and operates across the entire organization.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Driving and developing Kungälv Energi's strategy, business planning, and development work, ensuring that strategic goals are translated into concrete initiatives and results.
• Identifying, analyzing, and realizing new business opportunities based on market trends, customer needs, technological advancements, and external developments.
• Leading and developing the company's portfolio of business and operational development initiatives, ensuring progress and monitoring of strategic projects.
• Serving as a strategic support and sounding board for the CEO and management regarding the company's development, priorities, and long-term direction.

Your qualifications

• A relevant academic degree in fields such as economics, engineering, industrial economics, or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish.

Previous experience and competence

• Several years of experience in business development, strategy development, or operational development.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives, change management, or large-scale development projects.
• Experience working closely with leadership and decision-makers, translating strategic goals into concrete activities and results.
• Strong competence in business analysis, operational development, and change management.
• Experience in project or program management.
• Understanding of how IT, digitalization, data, and new technology can be used to create business value and develop operations.

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• The energy sector, energy markets, or related critical societal functions.
• Portfolio management and steering models.
• Business-oriented digitalization.
• Establishing and developing methods for business and operational development.
• Consulting roles within strategy or business development.
