Do you want to work closely with both technology, operations, and the customer to ensure that advanced systems function in real-world assignments? In this role, you will work with lifecycle support for complex marine systems in an environment where availability, maintainability, and long-term management are crucial.

You will become part of a growing ILS (Integrated Logistics Support) business where you help build structure, develop working methods, and strengthen the connection between product design, operational use, and business. The role has many interfaces, and you will collaborate broadly with product development, project management, business development, aftermarket, and customers. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to influence both how the product is supported over time and how a strategic area continues to develop.

• You work closely with the customer to ensure that solutions and requirement fulfillment are based on operational reality.
• You drive issues regarding availability, maintainability, further development, and long-term management in your projects.
• You train, support, and set requirements for other functions throughout the chain from procurement to final delivery.
• You lead the development of various ILS elements in collaboration with other specialist functions in the field.
• You collaborate with product development, project management, business development, aftermarket, and customers to develop a sustainable and long-term business.
• You contribute to building structure and creating understanding of ILS in a developing business.

• Experience with ILS/IPS management, product support, or lifecycle management.
• A Master of Science in Engineering degree or equivalent relevant education.
• You express yourself professionally and fluently in Swedish and English.
• You have a good understanding of the relationship between design, operational use, and business, and can translate this into practice.
• You work in a structured manner and find it easy to collaborate and engage others.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship; dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Experience in commercial work and/or customer responsibility, preferably within the service market.
• Project management experience.
• Experience from defense, aviation, marine systems, or other advanced technical industries.
