Job Description

The position includes support teaching and mentorship at the upper secondary school's introductory program at Campus Jakobsberg, Järfälla Upper Secondary School.

Together with your program team, you will develop teaching and collaboration within and between subjects. You enjoy working with people and are a skilled relationship builder who creates good team spirit.

As a mentor, you will be responsible for monitoring study results, attendance, and the social situation of your students. The mentorship involves, together with the student, guardian, relevant teachers, and the school's student health team, providing support to create a school situation that enables students to reach as far as possible in their learning.

Qualifications

You are engaged and knowledgeable in your subjects and are a skilled educator who enjoys challenges and wants to work in a program team with engaged and professional teachers. You are confident in your teaching role and can enthuse and inspire, as well as develop the operations together with the program team so that all students can reach their goals. You work formatively and actively for inclusion and accessibility to learning based on students' needs and prerequisites. You are cooperative, receptive, driven, and structured. You master the Swedish language both in speech and writing.
