Spanish Teacher at Björkebyskolan, Järfälla

As an employee at Björkebyskolan, you work together in both work teams and subject teams in close collaboration with the school's student health team. The position involves teaching Spanish in grades 6, 7, 8, and 9 at the lower secondary level. The role also includes being a class mentor for a lower secondary class.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and evaluate Spanish teaching according to the Swedish National Curriculum for Compulsory School (Lgr 22).
• Assess and document students' knowledge development.
• Actively participate in the work performed in the work team and subject team.
• Participate in the development work of both the subject and the school.
• Mentorship is included, which means guiding students, acting as a link between home and school, following up on goal achievement, and monitoring attendance.
• Collaborate regarding students and student groups with colleagues and the school's student health team.

Qualifications

• Legitimized teacher with eligibility to teach Spanish in grades 6–9.
• Documented good knowledge of the subject.
• Good skills in verbal and written expression.
• Experience of teaching in compulsory school and working according to Lgr 22.
• Good digital competence.
