About this opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Advisor Radio Portfolio to take ownership of radio portfolio evaluation and guide strategic decision-making.

In this role, you will combine technical expertise, portfolio strategy, and people leadership to shape the future of radio development and ensure alignment with business priorities.

What you will do:

• Lead radio portfolio evaluations and provide strategic recommendations.
• Drive change management initiatives across the portfolio.
• Own strategic portfolio planning and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Develop and improve ways of working within the radio portfolio domain.
• Support competence development within the team.
• Lead and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

The skills you bring:

• Education - M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering.
• Experience - Several years of experience in radio development.
• Portfolio knowledge - Strong understanding of strategic portfolio management and processes.
• Change management - Proven experience driving change initiatives.
• Leadership - Experience in leading and managing people.
• Skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
