About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Assistant for a temporary position during the autumn and winter. You will be part of an experienced finance team and work broadly with invoice flows, customer contacts, and ongoing financial processes. The role involves many contact points, both internally and with external parties, and you will be a key part of ensuring that invoicing runs smoothly with a high level of service.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Handle customer invoices and related inquiries
  • Ensure quality and flow in the invoicing process
  • Maintain ongoing contact with external suppliers and internal functions
  • Follow up on discrepancies and drive ongoing quality work

About You
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, service-minded, and thrives in a role where you need to quickly analyze and solve problems. You are structured, unpretentious, and deliver with high precision. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Requirements for the role:

  • Experience with customer accounts receivable and invoice flows
  • Accustomed to working in multiple systems simultaneously
  • Experience with the CRM system Salesforce
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English

Merits for the role:

  • Experience with RUT handling or similar administrative processes
