Service Technician for Workshop
We are now looking for a handy and structured service technician for our workshop in Stockholm. Here, you will work with inspection cameras and pipe inspection systems – equipment that requires both technical finesse and logical thinking.
The role is a unique combination of practical problem-solving, advanced electronics/mechanics, and customer contact. You are responsible for the entire chain: from receiving a service case to delivering a fully functioning solution to the customer.
Responsibilities
- Customer and goods reception.
- Register service cases and handle them from start to finish.
- Unpack, register, pack, and ship parcels and pallets.
- Create orders, quotes, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Manage service cases in CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot or similar).
- Search for information in manuals, databases, and supplier documentation.
- Contact suppliers for technical support and spare parts.
- Troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of technical equipment.
- Technical support to customers.
- Plan and report on your own work.
- Participate in projects and collaborate in teams.
- Service and field work at customer sites when needed.
We are looking for someone who
- Has good technical understanding.
- Can work independently and take responsibility for projects.
- Is structured and can plan your work.
- Enjoys customer contact via phone and email.
- Can collaborate in teams.
Competencies
- Good computer skills (Office, web browser, email, etc.).
- Experience with CRM systems and business systems is meritorious.
- Experience in technical service or repair is meritorious.
- Technical education or equivalent experience.
Requirements
- Category B driver's license.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious
- Category C driver's license.
- Technical or engineering education.
