Näringslivets Producentansvar (NPA) is a producer responsibility organization that helps packaging producers fulfill their statutory producer responsibility. NPA works to increase recycling throughout the chain – where you get to contribute to the journey towards a more circular society. As an Administrator, you will support the Facility & Recycling team. Your tasks will include contract administration and coordination between different departments. The main responsibilities will involve:

• Receiving and registering transport permit applications.
• Contract management.
• Maintaining ongoing contact with contractors via phone, email, and Teams.
• Web administration regarding, among other things, login credentials.

The position is full-time starting on July 27th and is expected to last for 2 months, with a possibility of extension thereafter. You will be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant at NPA's office in Sundbyberg.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience in administrative work.
• Very good system proficiency, preferably with experience in Excel.
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
• You possess social competence, are responsible, thrive working in a structured manner, and can make independent decisions within given frameworks.
• You are flexible, are not afraid to speak on the phone, and can jump in quickly to support the team with other tasks.
