• You analyze business, processes, information flows, and IT systems to create a clear overall picture.
• You map the current state and identify areas for improvement that strengthen the business's working methods and supporting systems.
• You highlight risks, obstacles, and dependencies that affect the change work.
• You drive requirement work and document both functional and non-functional requirements in a uniform and clear manner.
• You model customer journeys and processes using BPMN or similar methodologies.
• You design future business architecture with a focus on OSS/BSS, telecom, and ITSM.
• You participate in and, if necessary, lead change work together with larger groups and various stakeholders.

• At least two (2) years of documented practical experience in requirements documentation and modeling, including experience modeling customer journeys and processes with BPMN or similar methods.
• At least one (1) year of documented experience working with OSS/BSS within the telecommunications sector.
• Documented experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) over the last 10 years, including specification, design, or adaptation of ITIL-based processes.
• At least one (1) year of documented working knowledge of mobile network technologies such as 4G, 5G, and IMS over the last 5 years.
• At least two (2) years of experience in the role within the telecom or mobile network sector (4G/5G).
• You can work in Swedish and English, including creating clear documentation in both languages.
• You work independently, collaborate well in larger groups, and can prioritize from a holistic perspective.
• You have experience documenting uniformly within the role's area of responsibility.

• Experience at an operational and practical level within the telecom sector.
• At least two (2) years of documented experience over the last 5 years working with OSS/BSS within the telecommunications sector, including requirements and process documentation.
• Documented experience from security-regulated environments, for example, PPDR, defense, or critical infrastructure.
