About the role

As a Mortgage Specialist, you will become a valuable asset to Northmill's push into secured lending. Secured lending represents a significant growth area for Northmill, giving you a unique opportunity to develop your career and impact our operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire process regarding our mortgage loans. This includes manually assessing credit requests coming into the bank as well as performing back-office administration for mortgages.

• Responsibility for the entire process of our mortgage loans offered to private customers.

• Making credit decisions.

• Back-office administration of mortgages.

• Collaborating with other departments within the bank, such as customer service and analytics.

Your background

• At least two years of experience in a similar role working with housing credits.

• Swedsec license for mortgages.

• Good understanding of consumer credit and secured lending.

• Advantageous if you have made your own credit decisions previously at similar niche banks.
