You will join a socially vital operation where clear processes, well-established working methods, and shared understanding are crucial. As a Business Architect, you help the business structure, model, and develop processes that need to function in a complex environment with many dependencies.

Here you will work closely with the business to create overviews, drive improvements, and translate needs into models and processes that can be used in practice. The role suits you who enjoy combining analysis, facilitation, and change management in assignments where the work has clear significance.

This is an interesting opportunity for you who want to influence how socially critical business processes are designed and developed.

• You model business, customer journeys, and processes using BPMN or similar methods.
• You drive the development and improvement of processes based on business needs.
• You facilitate workshops to create consensus, capture needs, and move the work forward.
• You contribute to change management related to new or updated working methods.
• You collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that processes are clear, useful, and anchored in the business.

• At least nine (9) years of documented practical experience in modeling business, customer journeys, or processes using BPMN or similar methods.
• At least nine (9) years of experience in process development.
• At least nine (9) years of experience in facilitating workshops.
• At least four (4) years of experience in change management.

• Experience at an operational and practical level within the telecommunications sector.
