We are now looking for an administrator with a focus on economics for a role within public transport and infrastructure. This role is ideal for you if you have a good understanding of economics, are structured in your work approach, and thrive in an administrative position with many contact points.

About the assignment

You will work in a business that handles projects and intrusions near facilities and infrastructure. The role involves responsibility for economic administration related to ongoing projects, where you will work with invoice flows, follow-ups, re-invoicing, and continuous contact with both internal and external parties.

You will become an important part of ensuring order, structure, and correct economic management in the project flow.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming cases via the functional mailbox
Create projects in the business system and assign responsible resources
Follow up on ongoing projects from an economic perspective
Work with invoice accounting and approval flows
Re-invoice costs to the client
Follow up on unpaid invoices and handle reminders
Communicate with internal functions such as production coordinators, intrusion coordinators, and business economists
Communicate with external customers in case of non-payment

Requirements for the assignment

Essential requirements

Documented post-secondary education in economics
At least 6 years of experience working with supplier invoices and customer accounts receivable
At least 6 years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite

Value-added requirements

At least 2 years of experience working within a region or government agency
At least 4 years of experience working with Agresso/Unit4
At least 4 years of experience in administrative assignments including project management, diary management, and calendar handling
