About the role

As a Pricing Specialist, you are responsible for monitoring market developments and ensuring that St1 has competitive prices in the Swedish market. You work closely with the business and will analyze market data daily, follow price trends, and contribute to decisions that have a direct impact on the company's results.

You report to the Head of Retail Energy Pricing and collaborate closely with colleagues in Sweden, Norway, and Finland. The role is both operational and analytical, with significant personal responsibility and many points of contact.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Monitoring market developments and analyzing factors that influence pricing and profitability
• Ensuring competitive pricing in the Swedish market
• Analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitor actions
• Producing materials, reports, and analyses to support business decisions
• Participating in the development of pricing models, processes, and systems
• Collaborating closely with Territory Managers, business owners, and colleagues in the Nordics
• Contributing to projects related to energy transition, new products, and changing customer needs
• Being an active part of the Nordic development of the pricing function

This is a role for you who enjoys understanding connections, seeing patterns in data, and turning insights into decisions. You will work in a business where the market changes rapidly and your analyses make a difference every day. The position is located at the headquarters in Bromma.

Your background and profile

We are looking for you who have a few years of experience from an analytical, business-oriented, or commercial role. This could be within areas such as analysis, controlling, business intelligence, revenue management, statistics, sales, business development, or similar fields.

Experience with pricing is meritorious but not a requirement. For us, it is more important that you have a genuine interest in analysis, business, and market issues, and that you enjoy working in a data-driven manner.

You have good system proficiency and are comfortable with Excel and other analysis tools. You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
