We are now looking for an engaged property manager who wants to join our journey and create long-term value in our properties.

About the role

As a property manager at Victoriahem, you will play a central role in driving our business forward. You will be responsible for the ongoing management of a part of our property portfolio in Södertälje, where you will lead maintenance and improvement work, develop investment decisions, and ensure that we have satisfied tenants.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Be responsible for planned maintenance and ongoing management
• Be responsible for smaller maintenance projects
• Maintain close contact with tenants, authorities, and contractors
• Conduct inspections upon move-in and move-out
• Work commercially with improvement measures
• Have personnel responsibility for property technicians

As a manager, you are responsible for the property portfolio from a technical and economic perspective with a focus on commercial viability. The role also involves many contact surfaces, both internally and externally, and suits you if you are solution-oriented, structured, and communicative. The role includes social housing work to constantly increase safety and improve our areas.

We are looking for you who:

• Have post-secondary education in property management, or equivalent experience as we assess it
• Are a natural leader and thrive working commercially and proactively
• Have a B driving license and access to a personal car
