Responsibilities

The role involves broad responsibility for daily financial administration, where you combine careful numerical work with service-oriented communication.

• Handle ongoing bookkeeping
• Manage customer and supplier ledgers (accounts receivable/payable)
• Answer finance-related questions via email and phone
• Provide professional customer service and support
• Assist subsidiaries with financial administration
• Compile driving logs

We are looking for someone who has:

• Education in economics, business administration, or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping as well as experience working with customer and supplier ledgers.
• Very good skills in Swedish and good skills in English, both spoken and written.
• A service-oriented approach and professional attitude with a focus on high customer satisfaction.

The following are meritorious:

• Experience working in financial systems.
• Knowledge of Intrastat reporting.
• Experience with Pyramid and/or Netsuite.
