Alucrom is looking for an engaged Production Manager who wants to create the conditions for safe, efficient, and high-quality production in our newly inaugurated facility in Jordbro. Here you will have a key role where you combine operational leadership with business development in a company with strong growth and extensive experience in surface treatment and corrosion protection.

About the role

As a Production Manager, you lead a team of approximately 7 employees and are responsible for the daily planning and management of work within your area. You ensure that production is carried out according to set goals regarding quality, safety, delivery, and profitability.

You work closely with the employees in the business and are an present leader who supports, coaches, and creates conditions for efficient and safe work.

You report to the Plant Manager and work closely with both the production team and other functions within the business.

Since the business is in a development phase, you will have the opportunity to influence work methods, routines, and processes from the start.

Your main responsibilities

• Plan and lead daily work with support from the Plant Manager
• Monitor quality, productivity, and results
• Ensure that machinery and equipment are maintained and function efficiently
• Ensure compliance with occupational health, environmental, and safety requirements
• Handle deviations and drive improvement measures
• Plan resources and staffing to meet production needs
• Support the Plant Manager in ensuring and maintaining employee competence
• Be ready to support operational activities as needed.

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience from industry, production, or contracting
• Experience in leading teams or a strong interest in developing within leadership
• Good technical understanding
• Good ability to plan, prioritize, and create structure in daily work
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience with customer contact
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety work
• Knowledge of Polish
