Teacher in Swedish with possibility of Team Leader role for grades 4–6 at Vittra Frösunda

Vittra Frösunda in Solna started its operations in the autumn of 2002 and is located in beautiful premises on Anders Lundströms gata in the scenic Frösunda area, close to Solna station with good transport links.

We have both preschool and primary school sections. Vittra Frösunda has approximately 500 children and students aged 1–16.

Your Role

We are currently offering a position of 80–100%. The role includes teaching Swedish at 80% and potentially serving as a Team Leader at 20%. You will teach Swedish to students in grades 4–6 and serve as the responsible pedagogue. Our junior team (lower secondary) works with mixed-age classes: two classes combining grades 4–5 and two classes combining grades 5–6, totaling four classes.

We are looking for a teacher who builds instruction on close pedagogical relationships with students and who is passionate about meeting students in their individual development based on their experiences, prior knowledge, and abilities.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher in Swedish for grades 4–6.

To also be considered for the Team Leader role, we would prefer that you have had similar responsibilities and have a strong interest in school development. A Team Leader at Vittra is part of the school's leadership team, participates in decision-making, and drives the school's joint development processes. You are also responsible for the daily operations of the team together with your colleagues.

As a Team Leader, you will attend Vittra's mandatory Team Leader training.
