Description

As a special needs educator, you will become part of the Student Health Team (SHT) alongside the school counselor, school nurse, study and career counselor, and the principal. You will collaborate closely with teachers to develop the school's special needs pedagogical competence and support students in need. Your responsibilities include leading development projects, handling documentation such as pedagogical investigations and action plans, and acting as a consultant on pedagogical matters at various levels within the organization.

We are looking for someone who:

Has good knowledge of the school's governing documents and can apply them in daily work.
Has the tools needed to meet students, guardians, and educators in a communicative and trust-inspiring manner.
Has a coaching approach and is structured and flexible.
Works long-term, sets goals, tests, and evaluates together with colleagues.

Qualifications

A degree from the special needs education program is meritorious. Experience teaching at the upper secondary level is meritorious. Good knowledge of dyscalculia is meritorious. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

The position is part-time, 50%, but can be combined with other tasks depending on competence.
