Private Banking is a prioritized growth area where the company invests to strengthen its offering and gain a larger market position, including through a strategic collaboration with Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

This role is based in Norrköping or Linköping.

Responsibilities

The role of Private Banker entails full responsibility for advising affluent private clients, acting as the hub of the client relationship. You will be responsible for both existing clients and new business development, with a focus on growing the business in the Norrköping/Linköping region.

You work in a business-driven and relationship-oriented manner to identify new opportunities while building long-term client relationships. In this role, you collaborate closely with internal specialists in asset management, tax, legal, pensions, and insurance to ensure a strong holistic offering.

Key Tasks:

  • Manage and develop the existing client portfolio
  • Act as the lead advisor in asset management and financial planning
  • Drive new business development and build long-term client relationships
  • Identify and realize business opportunities through cross-selling
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver holistic solutions
  • Represent the Private Banking offering in the region and build a local network

Your Profile

You are a business-driven and relationship-building person who thrives in a role with significant autonomy. With a structured approach and a genuine interest in the client's long-term development, you build trust and create sustainable business over time.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in economics/finance or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of prior experience in private banking or investment advisory
  • Documented experience in building relationships over time
  • You have your own client portfolio/substantial network in the region
  • You are well-versed in the market and possess high competence in financial advisory and asset management
  • Swedsec/InsureSec license
