YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Customer Account Sales Representative at Framtiden, you play a key role in connecting talents with exciting career opportunities. You are the company's professional face to the outside world and build long-term relationships with our clients.

Your daily routine is varied, based on the following:

• Prospecting for new customers
• Handling cold and warm calls to clients
• Identifying staffing needs for new and existing customers
• Crafting tailored solutions within staffing and recruitment for the client, acting as a consultant for their recruitment needs
• Conducting sales meetings, both digitally and primarily in person at the client's location
• Follow-up and customer care in both the short and long term

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone who is hungry to develop and has the drive to learn more about sales! You are goal-oriented and results-driven. You thrive working with freedom under responsibility, and you drive your own development! You take ownership of your work and like to motivate your surroundings to succeed together!

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in sales
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Meritorious:

• Experience in direct sales, e.g., telephone or field sales
• B2B experience
