About Arla Plast
Arla Plast is a leading manufacturer and supplier of extruded sheets in technical plastic materials with a broad spectrum of applications, including safety products, machine guards, ice hockey rinks, greenhouses, pool covers, noise barriers, luggage, vehicle parts, and other construction-related applications. The company is headquartered in Borensberg and has a total of six production facilities in Sweden, the Czech Republic, Spain, and Finland, as well as a distribution unit in Germany. Arla Plast has a turnover of approximately 1,400 MSEK, employs around 400 people, and delivers to more than 1,200 customers in over 50 countries.
About the Role
We are now looking to strengthen our order department with an Order Processor. The role involves daily contact with customers around the world, primarily in Europe, regarding order matters and delivery issues. You will work primarily in our business system Jeeves, as well as in the Office suite. The work takes place on-site at our headquarters in Borensberg, but there is an opportunity to work remotely one day per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Working hours are 08:00-16:45 with flexible working hours.
Responsibilities include among other things:
- Customer service for both direct customers and agents
- Collaboration with sales, product managers, production, and delivery planning
- Quoting
- Order processing (register, prepare, and create production orders)
- Complaint handling

The position will be filled as agreed and is a permanent position starting with a 6-month probation period.
Your Profile
We are looking for you with previous experience in administration and customer service, preferably with a focus on orders and deliveries within the manufacturing industry. You have a completed high school diploma and preferably post-secondary education in logistics, sales, technology, or something else we consider relevant for the role. You handle Swedish and English very well in both speech and writing; other language skills are meritorious. You are also a proficient user of the Office suite.
As a person, you are a humble and unpretentious team player who is skilled at providing professional customer service and building relationships. You are self-motivated, have a good sense of responsibility, and appreciate collaborating with your colleagues. We would like you to also have strong self-drive, be solution-oriented, and analytical.
