You step into a procurement role close to production, where delivery security is crucial. In a technically advanced and regulated operation related to aircraft components, you ensure that materials, services, and repairs are available in the right place, at the right time, and with the right quality.

Here you work in a context where many flows need to be kept together simultaneously. You collaborate closely with several functions within the organization, drive your own area forward, and contribute to the supply chain functioning efficiently in everyday life. This is an interesting opportunity for you who want to combine operational procurement with clear impact on production and delivery capability.

• You are responsible for the procurement of spare parts, repairs, and services related to aircraft components.
• You place orders and follow up on deliveries to secure availability in production.
• You handle sales orders and coordinate flows between internal and external parties.
• You obtain cost estimates and review suppliers' cost analyses.
• You drive improvements that strengthen flow optimization in the supply chain.
• You work independently in your flow and collaborate closely with relevant interfaces within the operation.

• At least 3 years of experience in operational procurement.
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and structured at a high pace.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Experience in procurement within aircraft maintenance, defense industry, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated operations.
• Experience with or interest in export control.
• Experience with the business system IFS.
