We are currently looking for an operational buyer for our client in Linköping, where you will become an important part of Supply Support with a focus on ensuring deliveries to production. The assignment is characterized by a high delivery focus and close collaboration with several functions within the organization.

About the role

As a buyer, you have operational responsibility for ensuring that planned needs are met on time and with the right quality. The role involves production-proximity work where you handle purchases of both standard components and more complex, customer-specific products.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Purchasing spare parts, repairs, and services related to aircraft components
• Order placement and follow-up of deliveries
• Handling sales orders
• Obtaining cost calculations
• Flow optimization in the supply chain
• Reviewing suppliers' cost analyses

You work in a dynamic environment where you independently drive your flow forward while collaborating with various interfaces within the organization.

Your Profile

• 3 years of experience in operational purchasing
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently and structured in a high-tempo environment

Merits

• Experience in purchasing within aircraft maintenance, defense industry, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries
• Experience with or interest in export control
• Experience with the business system IFS
