A day as a Salesperson in our 3Store

It's the start of a new day. You ensure the store is ready for the day, make sure it is clean and presentable, check sales results, and set goals for the day. You read up on our latest product launch and ongoing campaigns. Soon you open the store and are ready for the day's first customer meeting.

During the day, you and your manager will review sales, customer satisfaction, and daily operations, and you will receive regular coaching. You stay updated regarding training, new products, campaigns, and services. Together with your colleagues, you strive to meet the store's budget and deliver high-quality customer interactions.

Who are you?

We believe you are service-oriented and interested in sales. As a person, you are relationship-building and communicative, and driven by working towards goals. We also see that you are responsible and a true buddy! Working as a Salesperson in the 3Store means working hours are scheduled during both daytime and evening hours, as well as weekdays and weekends, so a prerequisite is that this fits your lifestyle. You also need to be at least 18 years old and fluent in Swedish and English.
