Studio Nostri operates a day activity center focused on music and creativity for individuals covered under LSS (Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), as well as participants referred through the municipality under SOL (Social Services Act).

Responsibilities

As an employee at Studio Nostri's day activity center, you will handle standard duties associated with such a facility. This includes participating in the planning and execution of daily activities. You view quality follow-up and evaluation as a natural and important part of your role. You will build and maintain good relationships with participants, their families, and the commissioning municipality. As a supervisor, you are also an integral part of the musical environment, contributing your musical skills.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a drummer! You are passionate about our target group and love music. A background as a nursing assistant (undersköterska) and experience working within LSS and SOL services are considered merits. You should have an aesthetic and/or musical interest and competence, and a requirement is that you can play the drums. Personal suitability is our primary focus. We are looking for someone who is cheerful, positive, and brings energy and a constructive attitude. You are a good colleague and understand the expectations towards participants. To thrive with us, you should have a genuine interest in working with people, be sensitive to others' needs, and possess strong service orientation and teamwork skills.

Employment Terms

The employment begins with a probationary period. An extract from the criminal record will be requested prior to any employment. The position starts on August 12, 2026.
