Vårdcentralen Skurup is Scania's oldest health center and has approximately 11,000 registered patients. Here, we work in a committed interdisciplinary team where collaboration, development, and patient focus are at the center. Our health center features specialist clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, hypertension, memory assessment, incontinence, and elderly care. We also have close cooperation with municipal home care services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a District Nurse or Registered Nurse with us, you are offered a varied job where you meet patients with different care needs. The tasks include, among other things, reception work, telephone advice, digital advice, and handling of acute patients.

We work in a team-based and interdisciplinary manner with daily joint assessment rounds and a well-functioning acute team. At our center, there are always colleagues to consult, and you have good opportunities for professional development based on the organization's needs and your interests.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a District Nurse or a Registered Nurse with the eligibility to work within Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement.

Experience from working in primary care is meritorious. We also view positively experience from elderly care and an interest in working with elderly patients and their care needs.

As a person, you have a genuine interest in people and a professional approach where the patient is always in focus. You are confident in your professional role, work independently, and take responsibility for your tasks. At the same time, you enjoy collaborating and actively contribute to a good working climate.

Furthermore, you are flexible, solution-oriented, and have a good ability to prioritize in a varied workday. You see the value of teamwork and wish to contribute together with your colleagues to an organization with high quality and good accessibility for our patients.
