We also have close cooperation with the municipal home care services.

Job Description

As a District Nurse or Registered Nurse with us, you are offered a varied job where you meet patients with different care needs. The tasks include, among other things, clinic work, telephone advice, digital advice, and handling of acute patients.

We work in a team-based and interdisciplinary manner with daily joint assessment rounds and a well-functioning acute team. With us, there are always colleagues to consult, and you get good opportunities for professional development based on the organization's needs and your interests.

Qualifications

We welcome you who are a District Nurse or Registered Nurse with the authorization to practice in Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement.

Experience from working in primary care is meritorious. We also view experience in elderly care and an interest in working with elderly patients and their care needs positively.

As a person, you have a genuine interest in people and a professional approach where the patient is always in focus. You are confident in your professional role, work independently, and take responsibility for your tasks. At the same time, you enjoy collaborating and actively contribute to a good working climate.

Furthermore, you are flexible, solution-oriented, and have a good ability to prioritize in a varied workday.
