MultiClinic is an extraordinary primary healthcare center. We are privately run but part of Region Skåne's healthcare selection and have over 7,000 registered patients. In addition to our family medicine clinic, we offer memory care, diabetes care, a psychosocial team, gynecology, and orthopedics. RESPONSIBILITIES

Our patient base is multicultural, and no two workdays are the same here. You will work with both scheduled and urgent doctor's visits. In your role, you will collaborate closely with our various professional groups, and we offer a stimulating, pleasant, and positive workplace. Working hours are Monday to Friday, but there is an opportunity to work evenings and weekends for those who wish.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are patient-focused, cooperative, flexible, and have good communication skills. The unit is continuously working on patient safety and operational development. Therefore, it is also positive if you are interested in creative thinking and want to be part of the development work focused on offering our patients the best possible care. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability. Regarding formal requirements, you must be a licensed physician with permission to practice in Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish at level C1 or higher according to the Council of Europe's scale is required. This can also mean a passing grade in Swedish 3 or Swedish as a Second Language 3, or a passing result in a Swedish course for non-Nordic students equivalent to 60 ECTS credits. We consider it an advantage if you have work experience in primary care and/or knowledge of the medical record system PMO.
