Our Operations

Kroksbäck Health Centre has been in operation since 1986 and is one of Malmö's oldest health centres. We have approximately 6,100 registered patients and are a team of over 25 employees with a well-functioning internal collaboration both within and across professional boundaries. The health centre has stable medical staffing, a good work environment with flexible working hours, where participation and opportunities for influence are self-evident. We work with team rounds according to the Alaska Model, which is a working environment reform resulting in good and close care. The work group is divided into two cross-professional teams with different professions in each team, where the patient is included in the team.

We are highly driven to improve our operations and have recently launched both a diabetes clinic, a light emergency unit, and a family center to offer a more comprehensive service to our patients. We are also on the verge of starting an asthma/COPD clinic, and adjacent to the health centre are Rehab Kroksbäck and the Child Health Centre Kroksbäck.

Job Description

We are now looking forward to welcoming a new medical colleague for a fixed-term position with the possibility of extension and specialist training (ST).

As a doctor here, you are offered varied and stimulating work spanning the entire field of general medicine. You will work with both acute and scheduled patient visits in an operation where breadth, continuity, and medical quality are in focus.

Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday. We value work-life balance and are attentive to your wishes regarding schedules and development. Here, there is also the possibility of remote work one day a week, which gives you flexibility in your administrative time.

Qualifications

You who apply are a licensed physician with permission to practice in Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement. Experience of working in primary care is meritorious, as is experience of working in PMO and Melior. Completed AT or BT training is meritorious.
