We are an engaged team of approximately 38 employees who together are responsible for about 8,400 registered patients. Here we work with specialist doctors, ST and AT doctors, district nurses, general nurses, nursing assistants, secretaries, physiotherapists, a psychosocial team, occupational therapists, dietitians, and child health center nurses. We work closely together and are proud of the good cohesion between professional categories. We help each other and work actively with communication within the team, as we know that this makes everyday life both more enjoyable and secure.

Here we have well-developed clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, hypertension, cognitive impairment, and elderly care.

It is easy to commute to the railway hub in Hässleholm, and from Lund it takes about 30 minutes by train. From there, you can easily reach Vårdcentralen Solbrinken by city bus that stops right outside or by a short bike ride, if you prefer that. RESPONSIBILITIES

The ST position means that your training takes place within the framework of the ST program with individual supervision, ST contract, goal description, and study time. Your training is tailored to you in consultation with your supervisor to ensure your training is as optimal, challenging, and interesting as possible.

In your role as an ST doctor, you work with planned and emergency clinic duties and you meet both children and the elderly. Our experienced specialists in general practice create good opportunities for a secure training place, both at the health center, at the child health center (BVC), and at special housing for the elderly (SÄBO).

When you start here, you will receive an introduction adapted to your experience so that you can enter the operations and work in a good way. QUALIFICATIONS

Regarding the formal requirements for the position, we are looking for you who are a licensed physician with permission to practice in Swedish healthcare. In addition, you need to have Swedish language skills at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale. It is meritorious if you have previous experience of working in primary care. We also see it as meritorious if you have experience with speech recognition and the medical record system PMO.
