We see it as a plus if you have previous experience working within home care, as well as personal suitability and good teamwork skills. You must master the Swedish language in both speech and writing, and perhaps speak one or more other languages. About You
You have a warm heart and great engagement, enjoy challenges, and are passionate about working with people in need of support. In home care, we work in our clients' homes; it is your workplace but primarily their home, where you show respect. You follow individual implementation plans, can work independently but also as part of a group. Naturally, you are service-oriented and responsible.

Your Responsibilities
We are now looking for nursing assistants for our team in Trelleborg. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. The main task as a nursing assistant at Abello Home Care involves:

• Having a professional attitude, meaning you always maintain high quality in care and interaction.
• Being flexible and development-oriented.
• Taking personal responsibility and having the ability to collaborate.
• Being able to work independently with implementation plans and serve as a permanent care contact.
• Being the most important link. We work based on a contact person model where you, as the worker with our clients, should make it easy for the client, relatives, and others around the client to contact us.

Your duties include, among other things, personal care, hygiene, cleaning, laundry, shopping, meal assistance, transfers, delegated medication administration, and creating implementation plans.

We will discuss working hours in more detail during the process, as we need staff for both day and evening shifts. We kindly ask you to indicate in your application if any of these shifts are not of interest to you. This also applies to weekend work, which normally falls every other weekend.

Your Profile
Licensed nursing assistant. Please attach your certificate for the protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
Driver's license B, but cycling ability is also a plus.
Training or experience within dementia/cognitive impairment, rehabilitation, or end-of-life care is an advantage.

Salary
We have collective agreements and individual salary setting.
