At our centre, we employ doctors, district nurses, specialist nurses, dietitians, social workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and medical secretaries. We have several specialist clinics, including lifestyle, hypertension, and elderly care. The Fröhuset Husensjö Child Health Centre and the Fröhuset Family Centre are located directly adjacent to the health centre.

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse here, you play a key role in ensuring that the daily work at the doctor's clinic runs smoothly and efficiently. You are a central part of the patient flow and contribute to ensuring that the right patient receives the right care at the right time.

A large part of the work consists of assessment, prioritization, and triage, both via telephone and in the clinic. You perform initial medical assessments, guide patients, and ensure they are booked for the correct level of care and profession.

You work in close collaboration with doctors and other professional groups, where you serve as an important support in daily clinic operations. The work also includes sample collection, simpler treatments, administrative coordination, and follow-up of patients as needed.

Holding your own clinic may occur to some extent based on competence and interest, but the main focus is on maintaining the flow around the doctor's clinic and creating good accessibility for our patients.

As part of our operation, you are also involved in our work as an academic health centre, where development, education, and high medical quality are integrated into daily work. This may involve contributing to improvement work, implementing evidence-based practices, and participating in supervision and knowledge exchange within the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with authorization to work within Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale is a requirement. Additionally, you are accustomed to working in digital systems. It is meritorious if you have experience working in primary care.

As a person, you are confident in your professional role and work in a structured and independent manner. You have a person-centered approach and thrive in collaboration with others. Furthermore, we place great emphasis on good treatment and a professional communication style, as you have many patient contacts in this role and are often the first point of entry to care. You are receptive, clear, and pedagogical in your communication and have the ability to build trust in meetings with patients and colleagues. Furthermore, you are flexible and solution-oriented and contribute to a good work climate. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Salary according to agreement, in the range of approximately 34,000 - 42,000 SEK/month depending on experience and competence.
