About the role and your responsibilities

You meet patients where life happens – in their homes, on their terms. This places demands on you, but also gives something back: variety, responsibility, and a professional role with great trust. You do not just meet patients – you get to know people. You plan, prioritize, and drive your work forward, independently but never alone. You have colleagues nearby – an engaged team of nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists – where collaboration is as natural as morning coffee.

Do you want to deepen your knowledge within palliative care? Drive improvements? Engage in networks? Think innovatively about digitalization? Try new ways of working? There is room for this here – and encouragement.

The work is often varied, sometimes challenging, and always meaningful. Working hours: daytime Monday–Friday and every eighth weekend.

We are looking for you

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse, confident in your role, and enjoy taking responsibility. Experience and further education are meritorious.

You are communicative, structured, and solution-focused – and know that good treatment is just as important as medical competence. You have the courage to prioritize and lead with quality and patient safety in focus. A driver's license for a passenger car and cycling proficiency are required, as well as good knowledge of the Swedish language.

About the workplace

We are looking for new colleagues to the home care areas in central Lund. Here we work for life, the human being, and the future!

The HSL teams within each home care area consist of 3–4 nurses, 1 occupational therapist, and 1 physiotherapist. Together with nursing staff and area managers, we are close to decisions, close to the patients.
