Teacher to Hälledal School – where learning meets nature

About the school

Hälledal School is a small and pleasant F-6 school, beautifully located in the middle of the High Coast, between Kramfors and Härnösand. About 75 students from preschool class to year 6 attend here. We work with age-integrated classes in several classes and have a language-developing approach in inclusive learning environments.

We believe that learning takes place best in a secure environment where students get to grow – both academically and as human beings. The school is close to both nature and activities, with a sports hall and swimming pool on the school grounds.

About the position

We are looking for a teacher to Hälledal School with responsibility for teaching in Physical Education and Health, Social Studies/Swedish as well as other subjects based on qualifications and the needs of the operation.

The school's location provides good conditions for quality teaching in Physical Education and Health, with access to both sports hall, swimming pool and nearby natural environments.

Qualifications

• Licensed teacher with qualifications in Physical Education and Health, Swedish/Social Studies
• Qualifications in additional subjects such as Technology, Home and Consumer Studies are meritorious

Meritorious

• Experience of teaching in F-6
• Good knowledge of curriculum and regulatory documents
• Ability to plan and carry out teaching independently
• Confidence in using digital tools in teaching
• Teaching based on scientific foundation and proven experience

Position: 100% permanent with teacher license and correct qualifications. Probation may become relevant. Start: 2026-08-11 or according to agreement. The position is filled subject to necessary decisions being made.
