Project Manager

Purpose of the Role

As a Project Manager at Lindinvent, you are responsible for executing customer projects within demand-controlled ventilation, building automation, and energy-efficient technical systems. You ensure that our solutions are delivered with the correct function and quality, while projects are carried out according to agreed goals for time and economy. The role combines project management, technology, and customer responsibility.

Your Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and executing projects from order to final inspection and handover.

You design Lindinvent's equipment and systems, produce project documentation, and work practically with configuring and setting up our units, both on-site at the customer's location and remotely. The work involves combining technical detailed work with overall responsibility for the project's execution.

In this role, you coordinate internal resources, contractors, suppliers, and consultants, and drive the project's technical and administrative issues forward. You are responsible for the project's economy, purchasing, and any change or additional work, and represent Lindinvent in contact with customers and other project partners.

At the conclusion of the project, you ensure that documentation, follow-up, and handover are carried out in a structured and professional manner.

Requirements for Employment

Education

• University or civil engineering degree in ventilation, HVAC, energy, automation, electrical engineering, building technology, or equivalent
• Alternatively, other technical education combined with relevant work experience

Experience and Knowledge

We are looking for you who have at least three years of experience in project management within building automation, control and regulation technology, or related technical areas. If you have experience in project management within electrical installations, we also view this as meritorious.

You have experience working in project-oriented operations and feel confident in contact with customers, consultants, contractors, and other project partners. You have a good understanding of the contracting process and are accustomed to participating in construction and coordination meetings.

We would appreciate it if you have experience with design in AutoCAD as well as knowledge of contracting law, such as AB 04, ABT 06, and AMA. Experience with BAS-P and BAS-U is meritorious.

To succeed in the role, you need to have good computer skills, master the Office package, and be able to express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. A B-class driver's license is a requirement.

Meritorious for Employment

It is meritorious if you have worked practically with ventilation systems, demand-controlled ventilation, energy optimization, or other technical installations in commercial buildings.

If you have previously worked with Lindinvent's products and systems, we see this as a great advantage.
