Teacher F-3 to Hälledal School – where learning meets nature

About the school

Hälledal School is a small and pleasant F–6 school, beautifully located in the middle of the High Coast, between Kramfors and Härnösand. About 75 students from preschool class to year 6 attend here. We work in an age-integrated manner in several classes and have a language-developing approach in inclusive learning environments.

We believe that learning takes place best in a safe environment where students are allowed to grow – both academically and as human beings. The school is close to both nature and activities, with a sports hall and swimming pool on the school grounds.

About the position

We are looking for a F-3 teacher to Hälledal School with a license for Swedish/Social Studies/Mathematics/Natural Sciences. With good knowledge of teaching students in their early reading and writing development as well as mathematics learning.

The position involves working from preschool class to year 3, where together with colleagues you create a safe, stimulating, and playful environment for the students before and after school hours.

Qualifications

• Licensed teacher with eligibility for preschool class to year 3
• Particularly good competence in language development, reading and writing acquisition, and mathematics for younger students
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
