About Us

At the Medicine Clinic VO7, you will work in a department with a broad scope, strong teamwork, and excellent opportunities for professional development. We have approximately 450 employees in this area, with around 35 medical secretaries and healthcare administrators in the healthcare administrative unit supporting several medical specialties. We work every day to provide patients with safe, cohesive, and professional care. We are now looking for two new colleagues for our healthcare administrative unit within the VO7 area. The unit provides service to, among others, the gastroenterology clinic, pulmonology, rheumatology, neurology, stroke, rehabilitation, hematology, sleep medicine, and the general medicine clinic at Skaraborg Hospital in Skövde. Here, you will work closely with both outpatient services and inpatient wards in a dynamic and varied environment.

We work from a holistic perspective with common goals and missions, where collaboration, participation, and development are at the center. You will be placed at one of our units with a focus on local tasks and responsibilities, while simultaneously becoming part of a larger context. Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are trained as a medical secretary or healthcare administrator and have experience with medical record writing and diagnostic coding. You thrive working independently but also appreciate the strength of good collaboration and are eager to contribute to the team's common results. You are meticulous, structured, and quality-conscious, with a professional attitude where patient safety is always in focus. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Experience with the medical record system Melior is meritorious. As a person, you are secure, flexible, and solution-oriented. You adapt easily to new situations and see opportunities in change. We are looking for you who want to contribute, develop, and help make a difference – both for the operation and for the patients we serve. Personal suitability is given great weight.
